Oldsmobile engines since the 40's are "Rockets".

The Buick has an Olds engine?

The Buick 350 will fit. The Olds and the Buick have the same transmission bolt pattern. The Buick engine has the distributor in the front and the olds has the distributor on the back. You will need to swap all the brackets overand lengthen one or two wires.

And the guys are right...
The Olds engine is called a ROCKET not the Buick.
