Hello, i guess everyone of you knows the korean motor mounts, available for example on rockauto:
i never had any problem with them and theyre cheap, BUT always make sure that you countersink/deburr the holes for the bolts that go in the engine block and cut away (sharp knive) any rubber from the vulcanisation-prozess which reaches these holes to make sure that the bolts with washers are lying flat and snug on the steel.
the light areas where is no paint are where rubber has been and mine had a LARGE burr, which maybe would cause that these bolts come loose.
I've actually had very few problems with Anchor mounts. The one that was a problem had one of the holes to the block drilled incorrectly. A few seconds with a die grinder fixed that.
Hope they are getting better. I notice my 350 is sinking closer to the crossmember/centerlink again. I have just resolved to keep a eye on them and replace sagging mounts every 5- 10 years.
