Motor mount to frame bracket identification?

these were bolted on my frame and look to be never removed. They never really matched up to the block rubber mounts and took a lot of persuading to get the bolts through. After looking at mounts I ordered the correct ones but have no idea what these go to. They look like Chevelle one but are lacking a underside reinforcement and the shape is differ on the single hole side. Any ideas?

Those are the style used on all 1964-68 Olds A-body cars with V8 and all 1969 Olds A-body with 350.

Well crap wouldn’t you know I ordered a set and as you mentioned they are for 69 and up. Well these are good to go then. Wonder why the motor fits like crap on them? I’m going to guess all rubber motor mounts are for 69 and up then!

Try to leave the engine mounts a little loose on the block for a bit of play, then tighten.

Did you order "big block" motor mounts? Post a photo of them. Also, read this thread.

Well here are the frame mounts I bought. As you can see they have the indents on top for the motor mounts and you can see where the block mounts rub on them. Also pictured are the ones the parts store gave me. I suspect those may be wrong then. Yup just seen it, the morons at Advance Auto gave me 69-73 big block mounts and inline tube has these listed wrong. I should keep my original and order 2261 motor mounts or look them up as small block mounts. Crap. Well let’s see if I can return them? Thanks guys !!

The 2328 motor mounts match the frame pads you got from Inline. While it's unnecessary work to swap out the frame pads you currently have, the parts you've bought will work together.

Or, if you're lazy like me, return all that stuff, keep the frame pads currently on the car, and get 2261 motor mounts for $4 each. No grinding or other work is required.

Yah I ordered the 2261s and going back in. I’ll keep the others as a set and sell them as a kit for a good price for someone. I’d send them back but I’ve had the motor mounts for to long. Either way I’m pooched that way, but hopefully the motor sits better.
