Undo the 4 nuts that hold the clutch to the water pump. Remove fan/clutch assembly. Remove fan from clutch and install on new clutch. Make sure the fan goes on the same orientation that it came off. Torque bolts tight. Install new assembly and nuts to water pump threads. Tighten nuts.

I'll just add one tip to Allan's writeup. I've had issues with the clutch being stuck on the water pump shaft due to rust. I apply a light coat of anti-seize to the shaft before sliding the clutch into place. Makes it easier the next time.

Have a 72" 350, one of the fan blades broke in half and have to replace it, have one on order. When you did your repairs did you have enough room just by removing the fan shroud or did you have to drop the radiator out too?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Should clear without having to remove the rad - the shroud will have to come off but I know on my '72 350, I have to unbolt it first and then pull it out along with the fan/clutch assembly at the same time - not enough room to wiggle the shroud out by itself with fan and clutch still in place.

Remove the radiator top plate to allow it to tip forward. The issue is one slip of the wrench will turn a 1 hour job into a week or more depending on what you need to do to overcome a hole in the radiator core.
