Roller cam, lifters, rockers adjustment

Was driving last night and a clicking started, not all the time, just here and there. Also noticed a slight ( from an avg of 45 psi) drop in oil pressure, down to about 30psi. and a bit rougher running than usual.
Pulled the valve cover just now and see one of the lock nuts had worked it's way out and was laying by the spring seats. I don't see any other damage but would appreciate a confirmation of my "fix it" plan- I will turn the engine over until it is on the compression stroke for that cylinder ie: both valves closed and then tighten said rocker until the pushrod stops turning by fingers then a 1/4 turn more. Is that correct for my roller set up? would this explain the slight drop in oil pressure?Non- Pontifications as to why it was not clicking all the time? Would it be advisable to doule check all the rockers? I have a couple thousand miles on it already with no other issues except a ton of fun driving it
68 stroked and bored 350, aluminum pro comp heads scorpion rollers......
Thanks!!

Update- found this too- top of the valve is chewed up a bit, no ifs and s or buts, this obviously needs to be replaced, wondering why the roller did not suffer any damage as it is still smooth and mirror like....off to contact Bernard......

Yikes. I would say that valve is no doubt toast. No wonder the rocker came loose.

I would pay attention to pushrod/rocker/valve geometry. When you turn the engine around, how is the roller tip travelling relative to valve stem? The geometry is ok if the roller is in the same spot in zero lift and full lift. Nice thing to have but not so critical if all this happens about in miidle of valve tip.
Btw, are those Scorpion rockers real Olds ones or Ford ones?

Valvefloat and/or weak springs may have caused that, compounded by the nut loosening.

Same rocker, just a different part number. That's right from the former late owner of Scorpion.
