What is this part?

I am trying to locate this part below its some type of vacum line? Its the part in the middle.

That would be the choke hot air pipe, #406220.

Yes.. I bought mine at www.inlinetube.com they also have stainless tubes
You have to search in brake & fuel lines category and then chose your vehicle.. The hot air choke tubes are listed in this category.
