What accessory brackets can I use on a 1965 330?

Wondering what accessory brackets I can use on a 1965 olds 330, doesn't matter if I have to change water pumps or all the other brackets, I would just like to have a complete set of mounts so I can get my AC working. I installed the 330 in my 85 Cadillac, so it doesn't need to be original as long as it functions. Are there any brackets that interchange on the 330 or are they specific to the 330?

Great job!!!!
Thats awesome.

Where did you get the Alt. Bracket? I don’t think that’s original to a 330…
I believe most small block brackets will work on a 330.
But I’ll let the experts chine in.
Super cool!

Im actually not sure what bracket set up is on it at the moment, i purchased the 330 from a local guy on facebook. I was wondering if they may be from a later model v8 as the photos of 330s seem to have a different set up. I should have checked the part numbers when i was assembling it but i dont know as much then as i do now lol. This was my first time swapping and engine and doing work on cars in general lol.

Here are some pics of the 330 when i bought it. Not sure if this will help determine what brackets are currently on it.

Yeah...that looks later to me.
The original Alt mount for the 330 stood the alternator up more to the left of yours.
The good news is that your mount will still accomodate the AC system on the passenger side.

my 330

It looks like my brackets match a 307- the guy i bought it from mentioned the exhast manifolds were off of a 307, so i decided to check out the 307 setbup and it matches what i have. So i assume i would need ac bra

ckets for a 307?

The use of 307 brackets lets me believe you can also use 350 & 403 brackets as well.
Might help widen your search. You should be able to source one of those in any decent salvage yard.

But again...I'm really not an expert on small blocks, so...
