Can anyone tell me if the alternator & power steering brackets from a 1965 330 will bolt onto a 455? I am building the 455 for the swap and it looks like I will need a new water pump. I am wondering about the proper water pump length (non a/c car.) If the 330 brackets won't fit I may have to look for a proper matched set.

non-AC RH side alt brackets for a '65 330 I believe are small block specific.
Later RH alt brackets will do you though

with AC, it gets complex real fast

If you get the same length WP that the 330 had then the same 330 pulleys will line up on the later engine. You will have to have the pre-68 PS pump and its brackets to go with. Use the 330's PS Pulley on the 330 PS pump of course.
