Will 350 heads out of a 76 olds work on a 65 330?

 

Yes, if you want to drop compression by 1 to 1. The two sets of 76 #8 heads I measured were 77 to 78cc. Your #2 heads will be at least 10cc smaller. Plus there is a restriction under in the bowl under the exhaust valve. Once removed, they will flow similar to your current heads. As is, definitely less on the exhaust side.

 

This swap would be just the ticket if you planned to run a turbo or two.

 

It's not a good idea....at all... Only use 64-67 330 heads as they have the smallest combustion chambers. #2 and early #3 were made for 45* bank angle, late #3 and all #4 are for 39* bank angle.
