Needing to buy a set of motor mounts prices are kind of all over the place on these … are there good and bad or pretty much all the same 🤷🏻‍♂️

 

First buy the correct mounts for your application. What year and model? The Anchor mounts, which the vast majority are, can be hit or miss for fit. If they don't fit, return and try another set. I bought but have not yet received the Supercars Unlimited mounts, which are supposed to be made by someone else. Good luck.

 

Rockauto has the Anchor 2261 motor mounts for $8.48 each. Don't know if you can even buy US made mounts anymore.

 

If you are talking about rubber motor mounts for a 1966, the only mount is the Anchor 2261 style, for any Olds motor in that chassis. Yeah, prices are all over the map, but unless you find NOS ones, the new ones are all Chinesium. You can pay $4 apiece from RockAuto or you can pay nearly ten times that from a certain big name Olds repro vendor. Those even come in the same Anchor box as the ones from RockAuto. DEA, Westar, etc are all the same. Personally I use the Anchor ones from RockAuto.

 

Really? They've gone up. Advance is currently showing them at 7.99 each.
