rocker adjustment

rocker adjustment

whats the proper way to adjust rockers on #2 heads from a 65 330?, same process as a chebby?

First, what rockers do you have?
If stock, you roll the engine until the lifters are on the base circle, and bolt them down. No adjustment.
If you have adjustable rockers, tighten until you feel tension and then 1/4 turn more.

Torque is 25 ft lbs.
