Pushrod guide plates for 7/16 stud? roller tip rockers
apparently these dont exist. The comp cam people gave me all the part numbers and i bought guide plates and screw in rocker studs for my roller tip rockers, got my heads machined for the studs, but now the guide plates are way to small. I believe they're 5/16. Also if i put them with the tabs that the pushrods are in between facing down they don't line up with the holes. are the tabs facing up or down? and is there a guide plate out there for these studs? I've tried drilling them out but all my drill bits have been destroyed by them. All comp cam parts with the part numbers provided by them.
the more i look at it i think i got the wrong studs and guide plates, studs CCA-4500-16 guide plates CCA-4842-8
these are what the comp people told me to get though

Tabs face up. Guide plates are hardened, that’s why you can’t drill them with a conventional drill bit.
I get the 4842 and 4843’s reamed for 7/16 studs or you can get the Isky adj ones as described.

Harry:
I have an brand new set of the adjustable Isky ones for 5/16" pushrods: PN 200-AGP. Let me know if you decide to go that route as I'd like to sell these, raising money for my paint & body budget.
