Oil priming a 330

Fresh rebuilt 330 (the engine shop near south Philly Pa) been sitting for a year in the garage mocking me. Need some help with oil priming the engine. I know there is some kinda tool I can purchase to rotate the oil pump.
Any help would be great. Thanks Brian

Something like this rotated counter clockwise should trick.

A 5/16 socket secured to a long extension works also.

But make sure the socket fits very snugly to the extension, it can slip into the oil pan if it comes off.

^^^Good advice^^^

If you use the socket method tape the extension and socket together. Also look in the distributor hole to confirm the galley plug with an orifice was installed. The issue is two-fold, was a galley plug installed and whether or not it is the correct one.

Good luck!!!

^^^^ This is what I did for my 400 that sat for nearly five years. Works like a charm and you don't have to worry about anything being dropped into the block/pan.
