offset grind 350 crank for 2.1in chevy rod

If i were to get my 350 crank offset ground for a 2.100 inch chevy rod, say
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sca-26000p

the small end could be bored for the correct .980in pin diameter, i could run an off the shelf oldsmobile piston correct? And what cubic inch would this yield me?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, i am new to engine building and reading bill travato's book is throwing all types of ideas in my head for my build.

Do a search, lots of info on here for this. I've done a few myself. And you'll need a 2.00 journal rod to stroke it to 3.500.

Im having issues find 2.000" journal rods on summit. Are they not from 350's?

6.00" Chevy rods with a 2.00" rod journal are all over, you'll find them.
