This might help a bit. I'm in the process of contemplating what to do with my '65 330 and found this link.... https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...ine-build.html

I have a 330 too, going o be building it up a bit.

Valves are different sizes starting in 73, but just about everything with the exception of the exception of the manifold will swap from a 64-90 SBO and 68-76 BBO

so it is possible to use sb and bb parts on the 330 except for the intake? thats awsome. but if you change the heads to a sb from a 350 wouldn't you also be able to use the intake for it too?

The 330 and 350 are both small blocks. Everything that bolts onto the block will interchange. Even the crank shafts will interchange. Since the 330 all had forged cranks some people use the 330 crank in a 350, which came with cast iron cranks. If you have time you might go to the wiki site, use the following link: http://www.oldsmobilewiki.com/index....gory:Top_level This will give you a lot of information about the 330 and 350 engines, plus the big blocks if you want to compare the different options for your car.
