Intake port questions - 350ci

Hey all! Its been a while, but wondering if someone can help me with the intake ports on my edelbrock intake. I'm in the process of putting a 350 in my 65 F85 wagon, and the motor I'm using has a edelbrock intake. However its now been so long that I cant remember where things go haha. I know some aren't used, but having a tough time with what is and isn't used. I know the back passenger side is for the heater control valve, but there are dual 1/2-14 pipe threads on the front next to a 3/8 pipe thread next to them toards the drivers side, Is one blocked off and the other used for the water temp, just universal from side to side? Also, the plate on my intake on the right side of the carb, has 2 threaded holes in it? I assume I block those off if I use a Quadrajet? I cant remember why those would be threaded? First time doing such project, and I want to get it in the car without having "many" issues haha. Thank you!

Your intake manifold has 2 temperature sender ports. One for the dummy light on the dash and one for an electric fan (or TCS sender) if that's what you have. There are 3 manifold vacuum ports. You'll at least need one to your vacuum brake booster and one can go to your PCV or distributor vacuum advance if you have the timing set properly. You'd also use manifold vacuum for a transmission vacuum modulator on a TH400.
