I have a 350 rocket engine can I put 455 heads on it

Can you? Yes.
Should you? No.
The BBO intake port sizes won't match up with the intake manifold, and the 82cc heads will drop the compression ratio significantly unless you have a 73-76 engine withe #8 heads that are 79 cc. The earlier 68-72 SBO heads are typically 68cc.

You can probably find a set of small block heads easily enough.
To get big heads to work, you have to run a Performer RPM intake and port match the runners to the heads. You also have to account for the larger chamber by changing the pistons, or decking a big chunk out of the heads. You'll have other fitment problems after decking that much (if OE heads can even take that large of a cut)

What year 350 is it? Just keep in mind when installing earlier heads if it's a post '77, you'll need to drill (mill) the head bolt holes to 17/32 to fit the 1/2" head bolt. Installing earlier 330 or 350 heads on a later engine is always a good idea.... 455 heads is not going to be ideal since the combustino chambers are so large and the intake ports don't match unless you port an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake to match the ports.
