Good Replacement Intake Manifold

I have a '71 Cutlass Supreme Convertible with stock 350 and intake manifold. I have replaced the carb from the Quadrajet to a Holley 600. I had to use an adapter to go from spread to square bore. I am eventually going to pull the engine out this winter to clean/paint it. I would like to put on a new intake manifold while I have it out.

Any suggestions? It's just a cruiser and while increased performance is always nice, but not the focus. I have been looking at the Edelbrock 2701, 2101 and the RPM 7501.

Thanks in advance for the advice.

The Performer is going to be the best choice, but is not going to make a ton of difference. Still, it is lighter, looks better, and IMO is a bit better than stock. Used ones are plentiful for around $100.

Suggestions? Yeah. The Qjet is a MUCH better street carb.

No doubt about it, stick with the Q-Jet. If the carb is old and worn out, definitely worth fixing.

I agree that the Qjet is the preferred carb,.. but,.. My brother in law restores old cars and knows Holley's inside and out. (meaning,.. I can work on/adjust a Holley for free) We tried to fix the Qjet and the damn needle valve, spring and float assembly gave us problems, even after replacing them. So for now, I want to keep using the Holley. I will eventually send the Qjet out to get rebuilt by someone who knows what they are doing.

Ok, back on topic,... I'm thinking the Edelbrock performer that accepts square and spread bore carbs will be the right choice for me. Yes, eventually I will put a Qjet back in but for now, the Holley is staying.

Thanks,
