Engine #s help identifying please

Does anyone know what engine block this is and what the #s mean ? Thanks in advance if anyone responds . Jack

4051 on block pad , real hard to see on pics, top of block behind above water pump # is 381917 1

Beyond caring now.

Don’t worry with me, don’t waste your time , I cannot navigate around this site , although everyone here seems very knowledgeable and seem to be good people! I’ll figure out what I gotta do and it’ll be all good fun . Thanks for the info. Later guys, not enough time to monkey around.
