Engine balance question

Well i scored a free engine that was balanced for a flywheel. Now i run an automatic. If i have the engine's balance checked will it affect it from running a flex plate to a fly wheel or can wheight be added to the flex plate to match the original balance. The engine is a 355 with probe pistons i plan on sending this engine out and having it gone through since it was free and a really good starting point for a procomp aluminum headed small block build.

If you're having it checked then it may or may not need to be rebalanced.
A good shop can balance the flywheel and flexplates to the same imbalance. Thereby getting the same results.

Just have it checked and go from there.
