Carb Spacer 67 330 Q-jet

I had my quadrajet linkage (actually the whole rod) changed to accept the detent cable after converting to the TH 350 trans Problem is, the linkage, which is from a 69 or later, now contacts the intake manifold (stock). I need a 3/4 to 1 " spacer to lift the carb up so as to not hit the manifold. Can't find what I need. Says not to use the 4 holed unit with the heat crossovers. Do they make such a thing nor do I need to go with an aftermarket intake? Thanks

Here is an open unit:

Here is a link to the summit page for a lot of spacers if you'd like to choose something different. I prefer a 4 hole.

Carb spacer

Thanks, found it. Everything I have read says don't use the phenolic spacer if you still have the stock manifold with the heat crossovers. Anything to that?

Don't know, I used an aluminum one on my 330 adaptor to square bore.

Seems phenolic just means plastic. I can see why you don't want that over your heated crossovers.

Its not plastic... Phenolic is a hard, dense material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of paper or fabric, impregnated with a synthetic resin.

I know some venders are advertising a plastic as phenolic???
