I have a tapping noise that I initially thought was a noisy lifter. But it comes and goes so I’m thinking it’s something else but what.

I have another noise that happens when I shut the motor off. It sounds like something spinning, like a fan spinning ( winding down ) and one of the fan blades is scraping something. It’s hard to hear in the video, but it’s there. Sorry unable to upload this one

it may be related, I don’t know. I’m hoping someone can help me with this.
