Air injection hose routing needed

Hi I have a 307 in my g body. Moving to a state that requires smog inspection. My car had the air injection removed by the previous owner. Photos and descriptions of how the parts are hooked up would be great!

thanks in advance, Rodney

Make sure you get a factory service manual for your car. I bought a manual for my 96 98 from here and it happened to be the same as the print version I got later.

Trying to reassemble the OE smog system without a factory manual is a losing proposition.

Buy a new injection pipe. Used stuff rusts and is subjected to lots of exhaust heat and garbage. Replace the check valves too.

Here's the hoses and junk you're going to need. You best hope your emissions vacuum hoses and control valve wirings aren't gone, or the car wasn't converted over to a "non-ECM" version. Or you're in for a job.

Here's the A.I.R. routing to the cat converter.

And here's the rest of it. You're going to need the pump, the control valve and the switching valve too, along with check valves and hoses to get the system working again.
