Your RPM intake is the 7111.
Also your stock heads aren't 64cc, they're closer to 68-70.
If your current heads are fine then I'm not sure I'd make the change. But if they need much work then these aluminums would be a good choice. Mill them to 65cc or so and use a thinner head gasket. I wouldn't go crazy on port matching the intake, just get it close. With the right set up you'll definitely pick up some power.

Just remember that the mechanical fuel pump will not fit without notching the head and if you do the water jacket is very close to the head in that location and if you notch to far then you need to get the i welded uo. The other choice is to use an electric fuel pump but be aware they are noisy.
I used these heads on a small block and ended up with about 350 hp to the flywheel. Is it worth it? It's still a small block you know. Ditto on grinding the head down to get the fuel pump to fit. Yes, we ran into the water jacket and had to have them welded. Yes, it was a complete pain in the ***. I would not recommend doing this. It was a poor decision on my part. I wish I would have spent the money on the BB I have in the car now instead. Here is a pic from under the car showing how much material had to be taken off the head to get it to fit.
Did you buy the bare heads and have stuff done to them, or did you buy the complete ones and bolt them on?
Also (after watching the vid) curious what your exhast setup is? manifolds, or headers, and what kind of mufflers are you running? Sounded killer!
I just bought the same heads (complete) and sent them up to my machinist a day ago to have them blueprinted and check the guides.
What did you run for head gaskets on the 455, and also did you run edelbrock head bolts, or just get regular ARP Oldsmobile head bolts? (i'm not sure what the difference is)
Also What are you running for Rockers?
Thanks!
Ben

I'm running headers, (Hooker?) with this kit (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/flo-817409) from flowmaster with trumpets through the bumper. Head gaskets, not sure. I have approx 10.25 to 10.5 to 1 comp ratio. ARP bolts. Edelbrock heads right out of the box. No work done to them whatsoever. I have an adjustable rocker setup. I don't know the brand. The small block was built a while back but the BB is new as of last season. I'm running the same rockers on it I ran on the SB. Got a TKO 5 speed on the way! Excited about that. Going to try to do Power Tour this year. At least in Chatanooga.
