It would be helpful if we had a little more info on when the miss occurs. Idle? During acceleration? Highway cruising? What RPM, what load?

the miss is all the time, but gets worse as it warms up. The car ran
good when i stored it before winter. Then i got it out and had the miss, from idle to acc.

How old is the gas and did you put StaBil in it when you parked the car for the winter. Could you have water in your gas?

yes i used stabil and i filled the tank. I've done the same thing for
the 8 years i've owned the car, but this is the first time i've had this problem. I have even ran a tank of fuel through it.

Seems like it would be hard to get 150-160 reading on the compression with a stuck valve. This one is going to be interesting.

Last time I broke a valve spring. It also bent the push rod and cracked the rocker arm. It was very hard to start.
