70 Cutlass conv engine and trans question

I am going to look at a 1970 Cutlass S conv. with a 350 engine. It has a 4bbl carb and single exhaust. I'm told it is all original numbers matching. I was also told that he thinks it's a TH400 trans.
I have two questions. What was the HP of the engine.....and didn't all '70 cutlass cars come with a TH350 except the 442's ?
I may look at this car tomorrow so a prompt answer from anyone will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Engine SAE GROSS HP was rated at 310, if I recall, but that is equivalent to probably about 250HP in today's numbers, so don't get excited.

It would have come with a TH350.

I had one - it was a peppy car, even with a loose timing chain and over 100,000 miles.

Thanks for the response. I thought the engine with a 4bbl and single exhaust might be a different HP than with dual exhaust.
