64 330 oil drain plug

Is there a special tool (other than me) required to get this plug out? I've not seen this before. An oddball 12 point 9/16ish torx style doodad?

Yes there is a special tool, but you can also use a 1/2" ratchet and that will work just fine. There's an old thread about this with a picture of the tool on it.
