4bbl carb adapter for 303 square bore

Any ideas on where to get an adapter from the old square small 4 bbl on a 303 to the modern style 4 bbl. carbs?

I have seen square bore to spread bore adapters but they are for Holley to Qjet. I bet the 4GC has a different bolt pattern doesn't it. Maybe Kanter would have something like that but I doubt it.
