The Olds 350 and 403 are externally identical, including the motor mount bolt holes. Your correct mount should be Anchor P/N 2328:

What exactly doesn't line up?

I guess I'm still confused. Are you talking about the metal frame brackets to the crossmember or the rubber mount I posted above to the frame brackets? The crossmember should have all the holes for all the possible available engines (Olds, Buick, Chevy, Pontiac, and Caddy). If someone had improperly installed the frame brackets, that would cause a misalignment, however if the car previously had a 350 Olds, the frame brackets would have already been in the correct place.

Often you will need to leave the mount-to-block bolts loose until you get the bolt into the frame mount. I've also noticed that the Chinesium Anchor brand mounts have quite a bit of production tolerance on them. One of the mounts I recently purchased had the holes for the block bolts drilled incorrectly. I had to slot the hole with a file to get it bolted to the block.
