330 help

I pulled my 65 330 and tore it down lastnight. The motor was stuck and I could not free it .Thats why the tear down.Water passages had rusty ,dryed gunk in them.Crank would not rotate untill all but one Piston and rod combo was left.Rust varnish on bottoms of all cylinders.Shiny cylinders other wise.
Question. What do i do to rebuild it now?Can it be honed or does it have to be michined? Also the rods at the wrist pin are real stiff. Is that normal?Obviously this will be my first total rebuild.Thanks.

By condition described and you didnt give mileage on the engine I would say a total rebuild is in order with an overbore. You will need new pistons, pins, rings. Have connecting rods trued. Block will be boiled before machining. New cam bearings, oil pump will be called for and the crank will be turned. Also have heads redone. A good machinist, (if you find one) will guide you to what is minimal, what is recommended and what is overkill....
