2bbl to 4 bbl upgrade

Newbie here looking for advice or point me to the correct thread.

I have a 72 Cutlass with original 2 barrel 350 set up. Runs really well but I would like a bit more oomph. Not looking to turn 13 second quarter miles - just a bit more off the line power. I am probably more interested in low end torque. Considering upgrading to a 4 barrel. What would be the simplest "out of the box" intake and carb upgrade that you would recommend? I don't plan on doing any other mods, want to keep her as close to stock and easy driving as possible.

Any suggestions and/or parts list would be GREATLY appreciated!

A carb and intake upgrade is pretty straight forward. I have both 4V stock pre smog intake and two nice edelbrock performer 350. 75 for the 4v intake and 130 for the performer. Carb I recommend a new holley or edelbrock as they are pretty in easy to dial in and are pretty much perfect for your application right out of the box. If you would like I can sell you a nice used Holley 4175 electric choke 650 for 175. Good luck.
