1970 Cutlass 350 2bbl to 4bbl Upgrade Throttle Bracket?
I just installed an Edelbrock Performer Intake and Holley 600 carb on my 70 Cutlass replacing the factory 2bbl manifold and carb. I was told the factory throttle cable bracket can be reused for the Holley but I'm not sure if I can use it. Please see the pics:

The thing you have circled is a vacuum port. You may be able to use the back bolt were the carb is bolted down, but not sure. I have the same issue with my 403. the P.O. rigged up real nice!

If you can see the bracket in the pic...use one of these, I picked it up at Advanced Auto Parts..for around $10
