1964 Jetstar 88 Engine Mounts

In need of engine mounts from what I've read new ones are obsolete. Is this true. Has any one modified other mounts. Fabricated their own? I unfortunately bought a pair a long time ago that are oldsmobile but wont work.

I have one to sell 15 bucks plus shipping. NOS I believe. From what I see the mounting stud/threads are in the center unlike the 1965 and up B body mounts where the stud is off to the side. Seems it would be possible to drill and tap the 65 up mounts in the center.

The 1964 J88 motor mounts are one-year-only, one-model-only and new ones are not available anywhere. If you can't find NOS or good used, Steele Rubber can revulcanize them. The 1965-70 Olds full size mounts (Anchor P/N 2262 and 2263) have the studs offset as noted. I don't know if there is enough space in the tabs on the J88 frame to slot the holes so that these can be used.
