1964 cutlass 330 headers

Can anyone tell me what headers will work on this engine? Do all the olds engines have the same header flange pattern? I was just on Jegs looking at header gaskets and they show 330-455 being interchangable. Is that correct? Thanks

Any SB will work on the motor. But what car is the question. I think only one person makes SB headers for 64-67. And they are not cheap! I just went through this for my 64. If you have a 68 and up you have alot of options.

Gaskets are interchangable.

You will be in the $800+ range for headers on that car....believe me, I've been through 4 sets of headers already, none fit. U can either have them made, or buy from the one guy who makes them, I'm not sure of his name or his company name. I saw it on another thread I had found. I still have manifolds on mine...

I used Headmen headers and I had to move the engine back a little over an inch. The curve on the lower pipe was the problem. Moving the engine back was the cure for me in my 350 Olds in a 64 Cutlass.
Set the engine in with the frame mounts on the rubber mounts, weld the frame brkts in, moved the trans crossmember back, and found a drive drive of the proper lenght and it is on the road looking good. Super easy.

i don't have the resources to do all that myself though, i would have to pay someone at some point to do some work, plus the new driveshaft, plus the headers.....puts me right back in the $1000 area to have headers. i would probably try the Thornton 350JR manifolds first.
