Can I change this?

Every time I scroll through forums, I get a little pop up from scrolling over a green underlined word randomly picked like sedan.
Is there any way to change this in my preferences or am I stuck trying to dodge them like proximity mines? I think its funny that Im on an Oldsmobile site and I get pop ups for Ford

I believe those aggravating little popups actually help pay for the site. As long as I don't get spammed in my personal email box, I can dodge them.

I can handle that then. I was just wondering if there was an option to change it.
Thanks for the response.
