Losing log in Info

The site seems to be losing my login info even though I am checking the remember me box. I have to fill in the info each time I use the site. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be? Larry

It may be the browser you are using. If it is deleting your internet history, that will happen. I have mine set to delete when I close the browser so I always have to log in. Your login info is saved as a cookie on your computer so it is most likely not the site.

Thanks to both of you, this just started happening recently, but my wife just changed out an old computer and the new one may be using a different browser. I will check it out. Larry

I used to use IE but with the latest changes and the intro of Edge with Windows 10 its completely useless. I use Chrome and Firefox exclusively now.

Chrome is a free download. Just google Chrome Download. Once you have it DL'd, google 'Ad Block Plus' and download that. It will stop any and all popups that drive us all nuts.

Thanks for all replies . Seems to be working now. I mistakenly had touched something that put me on private browsing and it was deleting my history. Larry
