Try logging out, clear your cookies, then re-log in and click the "remember me" box when entering your user name and PW.

The security token is a cookie which is set to expire after some number of minutes (maybe an hour). If you have a window open for longer than that time, then if you try to perform an operation from that window, it won't ler you. If you reload the window, it will work again.

And if your computer in on a 'token ring' LAN, and you unplug the LAN cable, the token can fall out and roll to the darkest corner of your room without notice...

Don't blow it out of proportion, though - it's really just a token issue.

Next time it happens try holding the control key while hitting the F5 key. this will refresh/load the page.
