That isn't an issue on my desktop PC and it isn't an issue on my iPhone. Are you viewing the site in "View Full Site" mode or mobile mode? Any chance you can post an image of what you're referring to?

I used my old phone S10e to post as my normal one a A54 is getting the above, both Samsung internet same versions if that helps.

I'm thinking it's Android A54 related. Are you running this version w/ the most recent A54 update?

Perhaps not germane to your issue, I have noted during the past two weeks IB has been "tweaking" the mobile app version of this CO site - subtle changes, but changes none-the-less (mostly for the better). It's tricky tweaking mobile applications as many mobile devices (in particular smartphones) are very heavily dependent on manufacturer s/w. Often times an update resolves the issue. The only other thing which pops up to me is (perhaps) the Browser. I use Safari Browser on my mobile iPhone and don't see the same issue you're seeing.

 

There's the off-chance you may be in mobile application mode(?) - not "View Full Site" mode (?). I mention this since it is good feedback in case this is an issue with the site mobile app moving forward. Many end-users aren't often aware of the Hamburger Menu and don't know you can toggle between "View Full Site (mode) and mobile mode.

Click the Hamburger Menu, see &/or change the viewing parameter - it may help?

Updated phone and still the same on desktop or mobile. Can't hit close on the screen and the hamburger gets me to the main page.

The Hamburger Menu "should" allow you to change between "View Full Site" mode & mobile app mode. Which view are you using?

 

Just noticed you stated desktop. On a desktop PC you see the same expanded profiles?

 

I'm just waiting to see if anyone else suffers from this affliction. None of my devices have an issue.

 

It doesn't effect my Droid. I browse in Google Chrome. Might it have something to do with a Classic Oldsmobile app? I know the IB website Ford Truck Enthusiast has an app that I'm prompted to download from time to time, but I've never downloaded it and just browse in Chrome. Does Classic Oldsmobile have an app too?

 

I don’t believe there is a dedicated app e.g. stand-alone for CO, but I’ve never looked.

 

I searched - nothing in App Store.

 

I running Android 15 with October 1 ,2025. Security patch and the posts are normal. I can hit the user name and it pulls up the profile in a pop up which has a close x which works. Maybe your's is blocking pop ups which makes it just show the profile.

 

Hi all,

As soon as you mentioned blocker, I remembered having a issueaand my VPN was messing up things, turned it off closed the profile and turned on my VPN now all is fixed.
