New Guy From Hawai'i

Hello all. I'm restoring and customizing my 77 Oldsmobile Cutlass supreme. It's going to be a old school style lowrider. Anyhow, we have countless hours into body work at the moment but it's coming out nicely. Living in Hawaii you are faced with a lot of rust issues. This car has only 48k original miles and was already restored once as a frame off. This resto is a partial frame off. Look forward to learning more about these cars. This forum seems like a great place to do so.

-Ken Car is more torn down currently but you get the idea.

I was lucky enough to find some original Appliance wire wheels from the 70s.

Welcome to the site. I was in the used car business for many years and hated to get rental cars that were from there as a lot of the trim would be discolored and people who see it on a car fax would shy away.

Welcome! Hope you have an enclosed garage to keep it out of that salty air.

Best of luck!

Aloha! Looks like you got a heck of a project. Not sure which is worse, the Islands or the rust belt?

Which island are you on?
