Door lock cylinder

What is the easiest way to get this cylinder out. Its in a 71 Cutlass

You have to remove the red spring retaining clip. Put a large flathead screwdriver between it and the lock cylinder and twist/lever it off.

The lock cylinder will then pull straight out.

I got it thank you. Now if I can figure out how to finish wiring this hei and mad box I might be able to get it running in the next couple days

I can't help you there, but others around here sure can. Might be worthwhile posting in the engine board to get the right eyes on it. Good luck!
