Turbocharged Olds

Anyone done or heard of a turbocharged small block Olds? I saw a post from someone asking about a twin turbo system but I'm not looking for anything that crazy

If so, any and all details about your build would be much appreciated, I'm weighing my options between having an NA monster built or doing a turbo and light mods instead.

Thanks all!

do it, dont base it off if anyone has turbo'ed an olds. if you build it right you can have power, driveability and be reliable.

My copy of the Kings of Oldsmobile Power is old (2009), so there's probably better data on this engine available now. Top of the list is:
Russell Hunt
Dragster
6.59 s @ 205.91 mph
1870 lbs
1.04 60'
34.5x17 tire
Twin Turbo
Batten heads
397 ci using a 350N block

Laurer's car is a 74, I believe, and it is nitrous not turbo. I have seen it go 8.70.

The OP mentions "NA monster" and "turbo with light mods". The rods and pistons are too heavy in stock(ish) form. Any Olds engine built for power should have these 2 major components upgraded.
