I would think you would be in the 8's
One of my runs a couple of weeks ago on a no prep surface with traction challenges.
60 foot - 2.04
330- 5.56
660-8.45@86.68
3753lbs as raced.
car-3550
me - 153
rear ballast -50
I've gone 7.4s at 94 with 1.7x 60'. The car has gone 11.50s a bunch with awful 60' times. It'll trap 119-120 so in theory it should go 10.99. Its hard to launch a 4 speed car and I don't have a cage or an exotic rear suspension, so thats probably the best it'll do.
You're definitely making serious power to trap that speed in the 1/8. You're leaving half a second in the 60'. Don't take it the wrong way, so am I!
I built the engine myself and that's what I was shooting for but with my 2000 stall low vacuum brakes running 2.0 60ft and 8.0s saw one 7.8 with a 1.9 60ft and thats about it (93-95 mph). What's your 60ft look like? I wonder if I'm also going to pickup mph once I get my 60ft down.
My 60 foot was slow because its a truck with lots of losses, 1.50 60. You definitely can pick up some MPH when get the car running on the front half of the track.
Im trying to gauge what i should be running in my built 455 with new Edelbrock Gen 3 heads... I still don't have a stall fastest I've gone has been 95 mph in 1/8 with 60ft times of 2.0. Does better 60ft increase mph?
Oh I see, I thought you hit 95 in the 1/4.
Your 60 ft is horrendous. With the right stall, tires, shifts, track, prep, weather, etc, could be 1.58
And if you're wondering how accurate that calculator can be. It can be very accurate. My peak performance in my 87 442 was close item for item after about 200 passes. Time slip to calculator.
