Too good to be true roller lifters?

What the heck are these?

I sure wouldn't install those in an engine with any money invested or spring pressure

They look like normal aftermarket roller lifters. Am I missing something? Obviously they're Chinesium. No idea of the quality and no, I wouldn't use no-name roller lifters either.

Yeah, but who actually makes them? Don't look like Comp, Morel or Hylift. They're only advertised in a few places, which seems unusual for the typical super cheap chinese knock-off stuff
