OL4B intake question

Hey guys, I've got a stock 350 with a HEI dizzy and was wondering if an old style OL4B intake would fit with that HEI?

I know an Eddy Performer or Performer RPM will but I'd rather have an OL4B since my internals are stock. I do have an old Offy 360 on her now with a 600 cfm Holley which works fine but that Offy can't be any better than a stock 4bbl iron intake. I want to keep the stock cam so the OL4B seems best.

The more I read about the OL4B the more I think the Performer RPM is the way to go....I can keep adding to the build and have a great intake. Besides that the OL4B is for a spread bore only if I'm correct.

I have seen the OL4B in square bore as well. The RPM intake is good intake that will work OK with a stock motor.

Use the Performer RPM, especially with that 600 carb. And don't worry about mixture "velocity" with that intake. Have you seen how small the runners are?

Thanks.

I found this pic on the net, no sure how reliable it is but this OL4B is installed on a 403 with an HEI. Not sure if the 350 and 403 use the same block casting or not.

With the cap installed I'm sure it would need some clearance work on the intake to work. I don't like that little of clearance so going with a RPM might be better.

I had to grind on my intake when I was running it. Going from memory, maybe .050-.075 deep, about 2" long and about 0.500 wide.
