There is a BOP race at Byron on September 10 , it is being done with the ChcagolandBuick club , they opened up their clun race to Pontiacs and oldsmobiles . the contact info is at the email address of jrg3517@comcast.net , the last of this years six races is at Union Grove around October 1 . They have 3 at Byron and 3 at Union Grove

 

Great Lakes is September 30 and Cordova is October 7.

 

Yes the race is on the schedule for September 30 but when i requested the schedule joe said he might move it to Oct 1 but has not made that decision yet that is why i said around Oct 1 , will see what he says . The Cordova race is always a good one and am looking forward to it .

 

Good to know. I'd hate to drive up there and find import tuners in place of BOP. Cordova is my favorite of the three.

 

Any updates? It still says 9/30 on the website. What does the Big Walker Memorial Race entail? Are the RR crew planning on showing up? Sorry for all the questions, thanks Bob!

 

Joe moved the Buick club race to October 15 th at Grat Lakes . it will be the final race for us this year

 

So no BOP this Saturday or just no Buicks?

 

Call the track and see what they say , the Buick club is not scheduled to race that day . Rocket racing will be at the Cordova race on the 7 th of October though .

 

Calling the track didn't work so well, they don't answer. Are you guys still going this Saturday?

 

The race is on the 15th , Sunday , i emailed Joe and am waiting for a reply as to the weather if he is going to call it or reschedule . Bob
