In response to my post my mph was because of shitty traction I should have wrote a essay it seems rather than a quick post my post was just to show the tire size I waz running any one knows small tire cars are hard to hook now yes I am making some hp it's a 468 making well into 600 w a 150 hp shot I am trying to get into the 10s but I dint want to cut up such as tub ect a w30 car to put a bigger tire in there yes you can run 10.5 on a stock car but u need to jack up the rear not to mention they stick out

If rocket racing can get into the nines on 9 in slicks with more hp than your set up even with nos. I would say tens is easy enough for you if your chassis is set up to hook. I think Milan's car also has been in the 9's. I would have someone with a video camera tape your launch so you can see frame by frame or high speed camera to document launch. This will show wheel spin if any and how the chassis reacts to the power on the hit. JMO Also you might think about a go pro that can show if your chassis unloads after the 60 foot launch and breaks loose giving you a slight wiggle around 150ft mark.

Ty for the advise I joined this site to get evolved with the olds guys im usually a chevelle guy , and I appriciate any advise I will say it's way easier and less expensive to get a chevy fast man the olds are expensive and not to many parts to choose from ty again
