It would be nice to see what it did at lower rpm, especially the torque.

I can pull it down to 2000rpm if I want to, my dyno will hold it. But that's REAL hard on parts. Really no need other than to see a number on a piece of paper.

Whats real hard on parts ? Dyno parts ? Engine parts ?
From 1,000 to 3.500 RPM's is where most engines operate a huge percentage of the time. Its also the RPM range that most "Stop light Gran Prix's" use.
The numbers on a piece of paper are what gets the car moving. More torque, more acceleration.

Engine. Dyno will hold it. But that’s the issue. To hold the engine at say 2000rpm or so before you release it is tough. But on something like this, you just know it’s going to fry any rubber that’s on it at just about any rpm.

I'm liking the power & torque output specs of this build, but would this setup work with power brakes & AC?

How do you think a torker intake would have affected the power? Do you think it would’ve helped?

No. I’ve dyno’d a half a dozen combinations with that intake on them, some were mine, some were from others. None of them ever made more than 525 with that intake.

ok that’s good to know. I’m saving up parts for a 495 stroker.
did you cut down the center divider or just add a spacer on the intake?

Cut the divider. But you may want to add an open spacer as well, as much as your hood clearance will allow.
