Hello. Im looking for door windows and the lower track/channel/frame of the windows not rotted out for a 63 starfire convertible. Can anyone help out?

We've been through our books and I think it's saying 62-63 Conv starfire or 88 windows and track/channel are the same, and that 61 window glass is the same but the lower track/channel isn't the same, and I believe it's saying 64 is all together different. I think I recall it saying 98 is also different. But cold anyone also help with what can for sure cross reference to fit a 63 starfire Conv?

I have windows from a 63 super 88 coupe and 63 starfire coupe but found them to be almost 1.5" different in length. I know convertible vent windows are different and I have them, but someone robbed my door windows years ago and I was hoping one of the coupes windows or track/channels would work. But it looks like they are different in length by a bit and the one pair of windows the lower track/channel is rotted away. The other windows I haven't checked the track yet but they are the shorter windows in the starfire coupe and it looks like the Conv would take a longer window so those tracks i don't think will fit anyway.

Anyone know if Chev, Pontiac stuff crosses over? They repop some of that stuff.

 

If you can get a channel that works, most of the glass shops can make-up the glass, as it's just flat glass - usually stocked.
