I have 2 15x7's and 2 14x7's

Snap on center cap style, sans caps.
The 14s have tires on them, but they're on their last legs. The 15's are from a 442 and were chrome, but it's peeling now. $100

I have a matching set in OK. They are 15x7 with snap on caps. Here is a link to the pictures:

I'm not sure but I can't believe you can't find any in your area. There are alot more Olds in the mid west than the south. If I'm not mistaken there are only 3 69 H/O is the whole of Georgia.

They're really not worth that much.

Just to get things straight you are talking about 14" bolt on centers Right?

I know very little about these SS wheels. Do you want 15" or 14" wheels? If you want 14" wheels then you should ask Jamesbo or check out your local Craigslist. If you want 15" wheels then I can help you out, as long as you don't mind getting them with snap on centers.

Jessee's right

15" snap on centers are much more common than 15" bolt on which get kinda pricey.

What car is tey going on? If it's a 77 I think [REPEAT THINK] that they are snap on centers.

The 14" bolt on centers, [like I said] are easily avaliable.

Maybe just exercise a little patience with e-bay and/or Craigs list. Or wait for a swap meet some where in your area. I saw some in a salvage yard a few weeks ago and didn't even want them.

p.s. You must be the only person in Chicago who doesn't drive thru Atlanta on their way to Florida.

77 cutlass supreme.

bolt on or snap on, i really dont know what that is, i just like how the rims look.

The bolt on center caps are attached from the rear of the rim with bolts. The snap on center caps just snap on. There's a big diff in apperance.

I'm sorry I don't know much about 77's but someone will chime in soon.

BTW $500 bucks for 14 " wheels [that aren't gold plated] is way out of line IMHO

Don't get frustrated, When that happens to me I usually end up paying way to much for what I need/want.

I'd also post and check here

14 inchers will show up in droves, as folks have said just be patient. there are just too many around, if your car is not all original I 'm not sure it matters if you get snap-on or bolts-ons, but make sure you like them, there is a bit of a visual difference, I'd say most people couldn't tell one way or the other.

I am pretty sure you car came with 14"" wheels with snap on center caps. One thing to look for is the condition of the trim rings and center caps. The bolt on caps are not as common as the snap in caps.

Could you tell me if I take a picture of the rims I have on the car now can I just buy the trim rings and snap them on?

We'll certainly try.

Here's a pic of a bolt on 15" H/O wheel and a 15" bolt on H/O wheel in the trunk. Maybe that will shed some light on matters for you.

75 - 77 Cutlasses have the 15" SSII (SSIII) wheels with snap on centers. SSII is the argent silver/grey color. The SSIII just means that the wheel is painted the same color as the lower body. The 15" wheels were available on the full size Delta 88 until 1986 so you shouldn't have too much difficulty finding a set in a 'pick and pull' yard somewhere.
The 14' SSII and SSIII are very easy to find up here because hardly anyone wants them anymore. The SSII bolt on center wheels are the difficult ones to find.
The 14" rims on a 77 Cutlass may look kinda small.
Go take a look at www.73-77olds

Your 77 would not have had 14' wheels. I have 4 of them right now and they all have 15' SSII's. The 15's are a little harder to find these days but not impossible. My suggestion, hit the swap meets, you will mpost likely find them and enjoy the hunt as well. If I wasn't in Oregon I would be glad to sell you a set, but the shipping would be $$$$$$. Best of luck!

well hate to be the one to chime in late BUT J-CHICAGO YOU SHOULD KNOW, I had the other 2 matching 14 x 7's here.

Its ok buddy I will come up and rattle your cage LOL let him get the 4 from you, and when he picks up the 2 14 x 7 I have here. He will give me the 15" ones and I will give him the 14" ones for bringing the 15's to me I need them for spares ............................or just bring me the 2 15's and take the 14's back to your place for him

P.S. I have 3 14" x 7 here and can have all 3 if you bring the 15" here or have him pick up that way he would have a spare to match car

FYI,

https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...-tires-mn.html

Don't let the $350 price scare you, every ad should have a price for a starting point. If these wheels are the kind you want make me an offer, it doesn't cost anything to ask.

thats a great deal...

I looked high and low for a set like that and never saw that good a price, without tires. I can attest that the 14s are plentiful and I was able to complete a set pretty quick and pretty cheap and I think they look/ride just fine. I bought a center cap for $2 at a swap meet--it works!

Also, the easiest thing to find anywhere are the beauty rings--they are all over as they seem universal to GM cars. The snap-on caps have a decal that can be replaced easily for a few bucks.
