George, you can get paint matched either professionally or even at your local auto parts store. Of course the more you spend the better quality the color match is going to be.

For seat covers you might be able to find some at Year One. Parts for the Cutlass are often reproduced. If not, you can get OE fabric or vinyl from SMS and have new seat covers stitched by an upholstery shop.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure where you can get vinyl top parts. Trim would probably have to come off of a parts car. Be aware that there might be more than one vinyl top style for the 77 Cutlass. I found out that there were 2 different vinyl tops available on 98s in 1971. One was installed by the factory and the other was installed by dealers. You can probably get a quote from an automotive upholstery shop for vinyl top install too.
